Sources say that the police were alerted to a potential bomb on the scene.According to initial reports, a grey Toyota sedan and a blue Subaru Outback were involved in an accident. Both vehicles had moved to the right shoulder of the freeway by the time officers arrived. No injuries were reported. During their preliminary investigation, one of the drivers, whose vehicle’s registration had expired at the time, refused to move their car from the highway, insisting on waiting for an officer.
