A car chase involving a stolen vehicle resulted in a three-vehicle crash and subsequent allegations on two teenagers, say sources. The events unfolded on a Sunday evening in South Los Angeles. Local police spotted a stolen white Kia being driven on Obama Boulevard around 6:15 p.m. They initiated a traffic stop; however, the driver refused to halt, instigating a pursuit.As the vehicle approached La Brea Avenue, it clashed with two other vehicles, a white Chevrolet U-Haul pickup truck and a BMW, causing vast damage to all the vehicles involved. The intensity of the collision caused airbags in all vehicles to deploy.The suspected vehicle was finally apprehended, revealing two teenage females who had been in the car. The individuals were taken into custody at the scene. Although it remains unconfirmed whether they sustained injuries during the incident, it was reported that the individuals driving the pickup truck and the BMW were transported to a nearby hospital with minor injuries.The stolen vehicle had considerable front-end damage and it was the same with the other two vehicles. With windows on the BMW blown out and the hood of the pickup truck also dislodged due to the collision, the incident resulted in significant property damage. Police continue the investigation into the matter.
