A traffic collision was reported on I405 North just north of Temple Avenue. According to sources, a grey Kia and a BMW were involved in the incident. Initial reports indicate that a male was trying to move a person out of the traffic lanes, however, further details about the individual or potential injuries are currently unknown.Emergency services got the call quickly and were dispatched to the scene. The collision resulted in the right lane being temporarily blocked as firefighters addressed the situation. Due to the potential severity of the mishap, the California Highway Patrol (CHP) later upgraded the incident from a collision with unknown injuries to a collision with emergency medical response en route.Subsequent to the response from emergency services, a roadside assistance service was requested for the two vehicles involved in the collision. Falcon Towing in Gardena confirmed the dispatch of two tow trucks with an estimated time of arrival of 20 minutes. As of the time of this report, it was established that the incident has been closed.
