As the afternoon turned into evening, another tow service arrived with the anticipated wait time. However, it was finally determined that the recovery operations would be postponed to the next morning due to the conditions at the scene and the requirements of the recovery operation.Meanwhile, there are still no details about any occupants potentially being in the vehicle during the accident, which remains under investigation.
