A three-vehicle collision occurred on Northbound Interstate 605 at Imperial Highway, causing significant traffic disruption, according to multiple sources. The incident reportedly involved a grey Scion, a black sedan, and an older model of a Toyota Corolla. As per the reports, the Toyota was said to have flipped over in the middle of the lanes but landed back on its wheels, managing to block the slow lane. There were also reports of debris scattered across the lanes which added to the traffic disruptions.The fast response units reportedly responded to the situation and had to close off the third and fourth lanes momentarily to manage the traffic flow, making Imperial highway the best access point for drivers. A black Toyota Prius had been reported as involved in the collision as well but the series of vehicles it collided into remains unknown. The sources further shared that all lanes were stopped momentarily for the management of the situation.Additional aid was requested in the form of a towing service, which was said to be en route to the scene with an estimated arrival time of 20 minutes. No immediate reports on the condition of the involved motorists were given at the time of this report. As per the latest updates, all lanes have been reopened to the public.
