There was an incident involving multiple vehicles on State Route 118, east of Sepulveda Boulevard, sources report. The traffic collision became a cause of concern due to the damage, including potentially injured parties and the obstruction of lanes. Airbags reportedly deployed, indicating the impact of the collision.After the reports were received, the local Fire Department was engaged to assist on the scene. Upon arrival, some vehicles were still blocking lanes, causing minor traffic disturbances. These vehicles included a green truck that had already pulled over to the roadside, along with two other vehicles that were still obstructing lanes.In response to the incident, a towing service was called to deal with a Hyundai Ioniq that had suffered a broken front axle due to the collision. Jon’s Towing was engaged to provide their services and ensure the swift removal of the vehicle.Following the accident, all vehicles were moved to the roadside, clearing the roadway for traffic. The Fire Department later called off their involvement, once the situation had been dealt with. The freeway service patrol later reported that the incident had been dealt with and closed.
