Sources say there was a traffic collision on SR60 W/ GRAND AVE, impacting several lanes. The incident reportedly involved four vehicles, with one of them being positioned facing the opposite direction of traffic. Another vehicle involved was a black Mercedes sedan.According to reports, the accident was blocking the high occupancy vehicle and the first lane, effectively disrupting the traffic flow. In response to the incident, dispatch units were sent promptly to the scene. Firefighters and additional vehicles were also dispatched to assist the clearing and rescue operations.Tow services were requested and responded accordingly to help in removing the vehicles involved in the incident. Both Edwin’s Tow service, and Pepe’s – BP responded to the rotation request and reported that they were on their way to the scene, estimating their arrival time to be around 20 minutes.Upon arrival, emergency units were efficient in moving all the vehicles to the right shoulder, thereby allowing lanes six and seven to be cleared and the remaining lanes to return to regular traffic flow. Despite actions to alleviate the situation, vehicles on the right shoulder were still partially blocking lanes three and four.No information has been provided regarding any potential injuries from the collision.
