Sources have reported an incident that occurred on the 110 Freeway in Los Angeles where a man was seen flinging rocks onto the roadway. Captured on video around 3:30 a.m, it was noted that the man seemed to be unhoused and was concealed behind a roadside barrier near 23rd Street.For reasons currently undisclosed, the man threw several rocks onto the road. One of these rocks struck a passing motorcyclist, leading to the biker losing control and sliding off his bike for an estimated distance of tens of feet. According to the video, the motorcyclist managed to stand up unassisted and was thankfully avoided by quick-reacting drivers behind him who managed to halt their vehicles promptly.Further reports from the incident inform that multiple drivers returned flat tires, likely brought about by running over the rocks on the freeway. The man caught on camera committing the act seemed to leave the scene without any interaction with law enforcement.The California Highway Patrol when contacted for more information, disclosed that they could not provide any additional details at this time. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
