According to sources, a fatal vehicular accident occurred on the eastbound span of the 10 Freeway in Los Angeles in the early morning hours of a recent Sunday. The incident reportedly took place around 3:20 a.m., near the Arlington Avenue exit located in the Jefferson Park neighborhood. Reports suggest the sequence of events started with a single vehicle losing control and spinning out of its lane, subsequently becoming positioned sideways across the road. As a result, another vehicle crashed into the stationary car. In total, the collision resulted in five injuries, with two of them considered critical. The current status of the other three injured people is unknown. Tragically, one person did not survive the accident. The individual, who was in a Toyota Camry at the time, was pronounced dead at the scene. It remains uncertain if this person was the driver or a passenger of the Camry. Sources could not confirm whether speed or driving under the influence played a role in the incident. Following the accident, authorities closed the Arlington Avenue off-ramp for several hours to facilitate clearing of the accident site. However, normal traffic flow was restored by 7 a.m.
