According to reports, the incident involved four vehicles – a grey Toyota Prius, a black Hummer, a black Scion, and a tan Honda Civic. The vehicles were found blocking several lanes, causing substantial disruption to the flow of traffic.Sources say individuals involved in this incident included a driver of a white Lexus RX, whom was found in the high-occupancy vehicle (HOV) lane, as well as the first and second lanes.
