A major collision involving three vehicles and one cyclist occurred yesterday on State Route 60 East, on the stretch of road just west of State Route 57. According to sources, the incident involved an unknown colored SUV and a silver Nissan Rogue with the registration 8GFE638, and resulted in at least one cyclist going down in the lanes.Other vehicles involved in the collision promptly informed Los Angeles County Fire Department (LACOFD). The authorities received the first alert at 5:46 PM, and they closed the incident in their systems just six minutes later, at 5:52 PM. The incident gave rise to serious traffic disruptions, with the SUV suspected of blocking the lanes. The motorcyclist ended up in a high-occupancy vehicle lane, blocking it along with the first lane. According to reports, the rider appeared to be injured although they were capable of standing up after the incident. In response to the reports, emergency medical services were dispatched to the location, and a freeway service patrol was also sent to manage the traffic disruptions.An investigation is currently ongoing to determine the cause of the accident and the parties liable for it.
