Sources report a traffic collision that took place on the off-ramp of SR118 East and San Fernando Road. The collision involved three vehicles, a white Hyundai Ionic, a red Chevrolet Malibu, and a white Mazda. The nature and extent of injuries from this collision, if any, have not been disclosed yet. The police were assigned to the case and arrived at the scene fairly promptly. The Los Angeles Fire Department was also reported to have responded to the accident. They relocated the injured party off the freeway to 11057 San Fernando Road, remaining at the location to provide necessary assistance.Among the vehicles involved in the collision, one was still drivable after the accident, according to the reporting party involved. Another vehicle, however, was not in a driveable condition and hence, was in need of towing.A tow truck was requested to the scene. Gay’s Automotive Tow with a call out time of roughly 25 minutes was seeked for the job. Prior tow request attempts to Sebo Tow did not yield positive results as there were no trucks available from the said service.Details of the exact cause of the collision or any potential blockages to the road as a result were not immediately available. The incident remains under investigation. The off-ramp was reported as being clear later on.
