From there, the individual journeyed onto local surface streets, specifically El Segundo Boulevard. Witnesses reported the driver running red lights and maneuvering dangerously through traffic. The pursuit briefly ended at 12:55 p.m. when the suspect vehicle came to a halt in a residential district in Hawthorne.
