Authorities in Los Angeles are actively searching for four suspects believed to be involved in a vehicle theft and subsequent police pursuit. Sources say the suspects, who were driving a white vehicle, reportedly led police in a chase through University Park, eventually moving into downtown Los Angeles. In response to the suspected driver’s reckless speeding in heavy traffic, patrol units reportedly discontinued the direct pursuit, opting instead to track the vehicle from the air. According to sources, near 21st Street, all four suspects abandoned the vehicle and fled the scene on foot. They were seen jumping fences in the nearby region. Sources suggest that the suspects might have entered into an apartment building on E. 20th Street.
