Two towing services, Navarro’s Towing and Sander’s Towing, were contacted for assistance and gave an estimated arrival time of twenty minutes.By the time first responders arrived on the scene, they found that lanes were blocked due to the collision. The West Covina Fire Department said that their crews were on the scene but had trouble accessing the location. They requested a shutdown of the eastbound 10 Holt Ave off-ramp to ease their movement.Authorities worked to clear the lanes quickly while ensuring the safety of everyone involved. The specific lanes blocked initially were later reported to be clear. Post the incident, local law enforcement is urging drivers to be cautious while using the mentioned route.
